The Executive Committee of Wanderers Rugby Football Club (WRFC) is pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Club (the “AGM”) for Season 21/22 will be held on Saturday 25th September 2021 at 5 p.m. sharp via Zoom call.
The following positions on the committee are available for nominations for the 2021/22 season;
1. President
2. Vice President
3. Treasurer
4. Secretary
5. Club Captain
Should you wish to step up, or nominate an individual for any of the above positions, please approach any members of the current WRFC Executive Committee for nomination forms. Please note that all forms will need to be submitted by 5pm, 17th September 2021, and the club will inform members of the nominees for each position on 20th September 2021.
If you CANNOT make the AGM on 25th September 2021, you are able to vote by proxy.
Again, please approach a member of the current Executive Committee for clarifications, if necessary.
