The W&T Foundation financially supports deserving and disadvantaged individuals, and initiatives that promote youth and adult rugby predominantly, but not exclusively, within Singapore.
The core aim via donations and fundraising is to increase active participation in the sport within financially disadvantaged communities or individuals through measured financial assistance.
The Foundation also looks to provide via the wider rugby community non-financial assistance to youth and adult rugby players through business connections, opportunities and mentorship.
